I have the same issue that the Video Doorbell PoE (Video Doorbell PoE, HW: B_566128M5MP_P, FW: v3.0.0_4662_2503122271) is not recognized/connected by the NVR (RLN8-410, HW: N7MB01, FW: v3.6.0.384_25051916). I tried both connecting it to the router directly and to the NVR directly but it's only visible and working in the Reolink app.
[EDIT]: I got it working now by freeing up some channels in the NVR and adding it manually to an empty channel.
