Hello,It seems that you can backup the configuration for each camera to a specific directory on your PC but why on earth is there no restore function?It can take quite a while to set up all the parameters for FTP, Email, DNS, video quality etc and it would be really useful to be able to restore these settings at any time.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 The configuration I mention is actually individual cameras and the 'Export' option is only visible when using the Windows Application.On the configuration button, go to system and maintenance. You can select a directory and then click 'Export'.With the Mobile App or accessing the camera directly via its web page, there is no export note other than a rather strange configuration mention but no options at all!All cameras are at the latest firmware level.
