@joseph_1979 Hi Joseph, I did not use the latest firmware(v3.1.0.4289_2412176762) from site so not sure if this would have fixed it too, I was sent 'E1-Outdoor-Pro.4366_2412101879.IPC_560SD88MP', thanks Kev
@joseph_1979 Hi Joseph, Just thought I would update you on the issue I was having, so I went through the support process as you suggested & was eventually sent a beta firmware which fixed the issue, thanks Kev
@joseph_1979 Hi Joseph, after returning two E1 pro outdoors(Amazon) I purchased one straight from Reolink(arrived today) & I am getting exactly the same issue, one thing I missed out telling you before was the previous units came with firmware v3.1.0.4020_2409116551 as does this new one today, I downgraded one of those previous units to the same as my working 8MP cam(v3.1.0.3872_2407304781) which also matches the website, as already stated this did not work either.I have looked through all the E1 camera's firmware on the website just to see if it was loaded with the wrong firmware but I cannot find v3.1.0.4020_2409116551 on the website for any cam, I have also updated my RLN8-410 - N7MB01 to v3.6.0.384_25032055 & tried everything again from scratch but still cannot select anything above 5120bit rate & over 20fps, is there a bigger issue out there?, I am willing to be a test subject for Reolink if that is what it takes to fix this issue as I cannot be the only one, please can you assist or point me to the right contact? much appreciated & thanks Kev
@joseph_1979 Hi Joseph, yes I did check & it was the same, I sent back the same day & ordered another one through amazon & that camera was exactly the same, not sure what is going on but sent that one back too, thanks for your suggestion
Hi All,I have just received my second 4K PTZ Security Camera Outdoor Wi-Fi 6, Auto Tracking Spotlight Camera 8MP cam, the NVR recognises everything as the correct model & all works fine apart from I am unable to select a frame rate above 20 & max bit rate of above 5120 as those options are not listed, they are listed & available on my other 8mbt E1 outdoor pro, any advise please?, I have reset many times and also have the same firmware on both, I tried auto frame just to see if it would bring up those settings but alas no, the only option I am left with so far is to return thanksPS: This camera would also not connect to WiFi6 which leads me to consider it may have just been labelled/packaged wrongly?, anyway returning today
