@denis_403776597323975 The issue is not the network but rather the ftp server. Camera cannot create the directory or the directory specified doesn't exist. Which ftp server are you using? Are you using ftp or ftps? Try to install the freeware cerberus ftp server to test it out. In the logs you can see where is the issue. Thanks for the tip. I'll test with Cerberus (or with the Windows ftp server). Unfortunately, I don't have too many options for changing the settings on the current server. However, the other cameras can access it without any problem. The directories are already created, the settings are standard and there is no ftps.
@reolink-lorenz Merci. / Thank you for your time. I'll put the question straight away.
Hello,I have a problem with an RLC-810A camera connected to the LAN using an Ethernet cable. Unlike the other two cameras, E1 Zoom models connected via Wi-Fi, I can't send the videos to the ftp directory. I have exactly the same FTP settings. The E1 Zooms record alert videos, whereas the RLC-810A does not. When I click on the "Test FTP" button, an error message appears: "454: Connection failed. Please check your network connection". However, the camera is connected to the network as I can view the image and watch the recordings in playback mode.I've updated the camera's firmware and recently updated the Windows software too, but there's been no improvement.Does anyone have a solution? What can block the connection via cable and not via wifi?
