2 RLC-410W side by side, connected with ethernet cables to router worked since Feb 2023 but now one of the cameras will not work. Tried all the trouble shooting guidelines but no solution. Error message is 'Failed to obtain configuration information'. Hello,If one of your RLC-410W cameras is displaying the error message "Failed to obtain configuration information" and you've already attempted various troubleshooting steps without success, here are a few additional suggestions you can try:Power cycle the non-configuring camera: Disconnect the power supply from the camera, wait for about 10 seconds, and then reconnect it. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve configuration issues.Check the Ethernet cable and connection: Ensure that the Ethernet cable connecting the non-configuring camera to the router is securely connected on both ends. Try using a different Ethernet cable or connecting the camera to a different port on the router to rule out any potential cable or port issues.Reset the camera to factory defaults: Locate the reset button on the camera (usually a small pinhole) and press and hold it for about 10 seconds using a paperclip or similar tool. This action will restore the camera to its default settings. After the reset, try configuring the camera again.Confirm DHCP settings: Check the DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) settings on your router and ensure it is enabled. DHCP is responsible for assigning IP addresses to devices on your network, including the cameras. If DHCP is disabled, enable it and attempt to configure the camera again.Verify network connectivity: Ensure that the non-configuring camera has network connectivity. You can test this by connecting a laptop or another device to the same Ethernet port and confirming if it can access the internet. If other devices can connect successfully, there may be an issue specific to the camera.
