@bobgentilejr_255199014637703 I'm in the same boat with you. A 2-3 yr. old BOAT Anchor. I can't believe they leave their customers without even replacement hardware. Unacceptable, I'll be switching mfg.'s now since I have had 4 cameras die from poor desiccant rings around lenses, two others just have died from what I don't remember they just quit.PITIFIL!UPDATE 2/6/24: I received a very prompt reply from Reolink offering me a fix for the issues. I will post how it works out once I know what the fix entails.For the sake of honesty, I will say that all my past dealings with Reolink's Customer Service have been quick and solved the issue I was having typically 12-24 hours. You seldom find same day/next day assistance that works anymore.
