Hi!Where can I get older version of the iOS app? Since updates for some of the newer devices (Fisheye / Doorbell) my iPad that I have used for years with 100% reliability is having some real issues.I have the iPad dedicated to running the iOS Reolink app which has my NVR as the only device. I run this in 4 screen view, three E1 Pros and a Lumus. Prior to the latest updates (that were force updates I must add) the feeds slowly drift from live, settling about 20-30 seconds out. This is worse for the Lumus camera, that I used to use to see who was at the front door, which lags out after about an hour and is typically 10-15 seconds behind.I have tested the iOS app with another, newer, iPad that I have and that drifts too. What I really need is to get back to the last stable version for iPad as that really was a great application for my needs. I used to run this iPad 24/7 for months on end without any lag or drift. Can you post up some links for off-app store installs please? v4.32.1 would be ideal, but even v4.35.0 may be unaffected. Sorry I don't know the last good version I used, as I'd rarely update the app and since it was working, never had to.Thanks!
@joseph_1979 Maybe just re-release v4.31 (or around there) on the App Store as a separate app "1st Generation Reolink", so the customers that have already invested heavily in Reolink can continue to use the system (because it's not just about the hardware, everything needs to work as one to deliver the user needs). The latest hardware and experimental technology can then live happily in the regular "Reolink" app. Just for extra information on v4.38, it does seem unexpectedly exit / crash reasonably frequently. I so miss the reliability and accuracy of the previous versions Can the suggestion of a second App on the App Store be passed onto the product teams please? I'd wager that a "1st Generation Reolink" app would get those 5* reviews again, which is what attracted me to invest in Reolink over other systems in the first place.
@joseph_1979 Thanks, but sadly the iOS won't allow prior version. When I joined Reolink and bought the NVR and 9 cameras the iOS app was near 5* from user reviews, and I agreed with that. No other system could compete with Reolink and that's what made my choice and I was happy with it.Now the iOS app is something like 2 stars and you have to fix forwards on this. I'm really sad to see Reolink go downhill like this, innovating beyond the capabilities of the infrastructure and the bounds of reliability. Please dig out an old codebase and release that as the 4.39 version. Find your way again please, of you'll loose customers
