I'm having the same problem, but cannot work out how to delete a camera, or indeed find the UID or IP to reinstall one if I did. 8.12 seems a bit of a disaster

No Quick Reply option on mobile or desktop appposted in Discussion About Products
I do not seem to have the Quick Reply option on my POE door bell, either on the IOS App or Windows desktop.
Any ideas please?

I don't get any notification on my iPhone if the doorbell is pressed. I have all the notifications turned on. This does seem to be a video camera and a doorbell separately. Not a joined up solution.
