@joseph_1979 thanks, i've been chatting with them, and they said they have forwarded this to the warranty team. I just want to make sure it happens quickly, and I'm not responsible for any shipping charges, otherwise, i'll go ahead and return it to Amazon and order another.
@joseph_1979 I have the chime right on the other side of the wall it's installed on. Maybe about 10 ft away, with only 1 wooden wall between the two. I even used an extension cord to get it right next to the doorbell. Still no luck.
Same issue here, just came in today, WiFi Doorbell, and can't get the chime to connect to the doorbell. I've reset everything, went through all the steps for the chime also. Reset several times and tried to pair with no luck. Any suggestions? Besides the Chime troubleshooting link.
@joseph_1979 Thanks for the suggestion! I didn't even know I had that option. I've now changed some detection settings to see how that works.
I really like that I can set my NVR to beep whenever there's a vehicle or person detected, since we are rural and can't hear when someone pulls up. The problem is, we have free range chickens, and the camera sees a chicken as a person. Any way around this problem? Or an improvement coming for person detection?
