Hello,I am new to Reolink. I bought a 8 channel system with 4 8MP cameras (RLK8-800B), But I wanted to return the product, and get the 16 channel one instead. Support responded to me a day later, saying that I need to pay for shipping because I 'Do not want the product", made sense to me, so I went and ordered the 16 channel one (same model), but the order is processing for more than 48 hours now and no one is giving me any updates. I want to ship my current system back but too hesitant that I won't receive the new one for a while. Additionally - and this is weird, this morning I woke up to the beeping sound of the NVR, so I thought there might be a video loss, but all 4 cameras were still on, Hard Drive had like 1.2 TB available space, no IP conflicts or anything, I shut down the NVR, powered on, no luck, same issue with beeping, I unplugged all 4 cameras, same thing. So I decided to check the Firmware, which I downloaded and updated the firmware, NVR rebooted, and same issue, beeping. All of a sudden, beeping stopped after 10-12 minutes, I absolutely have no idea why and what made it stop beeping, I also can't find anything in the logs related to the issue. I know I brought up two topics above, but I would really appreciate if someone can advise on the supportability as well as on the beeping issue. I now spent over $1,000 on two systems, one that is still processing and the other I am supposed to return as "Unwanted item", but in fact it is having issues with the beeping. Thanks!
