I have more cameras. The client show NVR and cameras in a list at left (but not all cameras).Under NVR is also a list with all cameras. Why the list at left dont'contain all cameras?Cameras have static IP.
We have NVR RLN16-410Now Firmware is v3.3.0.266_23031645.After firmware upgrade cannot login into NVR via HTTP:Also if I enable Network server configuration https has no effects. What can I do?
@it_484462163448014 Do you use the NVR monitor to view? If your monitor UI is different, you can try to view this article to assign the camera channels.
We are operating on NVR accessing via Web (on the same LAN).At this point I understand that the interface by connecting the device directly is more complete than that via the Web, we did not know it (we will do the tests and update you).Regards
@it_484462163448014 You can try to reassign the camera channel on the NVR. Delete the offline camera and scan the camera again. You can refer to this article, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003769346-How-to-Delete-Offline-Camera-Information-on-Channel-Management-Page-via-Reolink-NVR-New-UI-. Hope this helps.
Sorry but Channel management menu don't exist.NVR model is RLN16-410Firmware v3.0.0.123_21031206
@it_484462163448014 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. By saying the registration, do you mean the retention period of the recorded videos?if a user know for example that it was registred from a camera between 8:30AM and 10:00AM, can require to remove recorded data (and you have a month to do it).If you have configured an automatic system to remove data after 48 hours the problem not exists.
By saying the registration, do you mean the retention period of the recorded videos?Yes
This is the situation:We have 8 cameras, tested connected all to NVR no problems. There is a internet line without bandwidth problems.NVR connected to GigabilSwitchA and one port with a iniector and a sigle cam connected. This switch is connected to the main Router. An other GigabitSwitchB(POE) is connected to the main Router. Now I have 3 cameras connected to GigabitSwitchB(POE), detected from NVR.An other single connected to the iniector connected to GigabilSwitchA, is also detected from NVR.But if I replace the camera connected to the iniector with an other camera, or connect the camera to the GigabitSwitchB, is not detected.(changing all remaining cameras same problem). We have leave connected one camera not functioning to GigabitSwitchB, after some hours have began to work. Why is it happening?
We have fount that is'nt possible to remove a registration. But in Europe with GDPR this function is required. If a user wants to be removed from a registration we must be able to do so.
In Italy there is a Law that you can't (in 90% of situations) mantain registrations more then 48 hours. When is it possible to obtine time limit for every camera?
