Yes, I pushed the reset button on the side of the camera and I was able to hear the sentence "Please run the Reolink App, add the camera, and set it up" and I was able to read the QR code without any issues.

I can't obtain configuration information
My Argus 2 camera stopped working all of a sudden so i tried to reset and add it back to the Reolink Android app. Everything goes fine until I get an error message saying it can't obtain the configuration information of the camera.
What can I do?
