I have several Reolink cameras. The majority of them are the RLC-511 and I just got an E1 Zoom. I started utilizing the FTP server feature with each camera to upload motion videos to an offsite FTP NAS server. The FTP connection is working and I have it setup the file type for send "Clear videos and Images." However the video files on the FTP server cuts off the first second or two of video when motion is detected. In the App, you can playback several seconds before motion is detected but not when they are sent by the FTP upload. This makes this feature, in my mind, worthless as it doesn't show the initial motion of the video. How can we upload files to our FTP servers that doesn't cut off the first part of the motion detection? Also it complexes me you don't support SFTP as an option. But since you are still using Adobe Flash to view the camera from its IP web interface, I shouldn't be surprised in all this.
