reolink client add device problems!

i have 4 reolink cam in my holydayhouse in spain,everyting work vel on app and computer,and to day i install client on a adder computer and add 3 cam whit UID butt the last cam i cannot add? only gett message:internet access is requested to add camera? and can not find out what is the problem?
