I need help binding my E1 Pros and my Argus PTs to my newly purchased Reolink Cloud Business Plan. Of course, since Reolink has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, I have to reach out to you guys. Please advise. I get to the cloud storage [censored]on. There is nothing in Library. Not even that "Bind Cameras" [censored]on the tutorial shows. I go to the Plan tab, and press on my newly purchased business plan, but where it says to add device, it reads "Device(0/20)" which means my plan covers 20 cameras, but non are detected. I even uninstalled/reinstalled Reolink app in the off chance I had an older app. Please help
Ok, I'm in the US, and I have the Argus PT and the E1 Pro, which are both in your list. Now what?
I'm having the same issue. I go to Cloud Storage, and Library opens. It reads "No files found" I click on Plan tab, and press on the plan I bought. Below it reads "Device(0/20), which I'm [censored]uming means I have 20 cameras in the plan, but non bound. I can't find where else to go. Did you find an answer?
