Rlc-423 ptz camera

Hey all! I ordered my first reolink products last night to try and got the 5mp 16channel nvr kit with a ptz 423 on the side.

1. Is motion tracking possible in a future firmware update with human detection?

2. Is it pixel motion detection for what it is currently looking at or true detection for around the camera?
