I have a few questions about the apps. When I google for how to do something with the reolink app or NVR system. I get different methods. I would seem that some of the responses are an older version of software and some is a newer version. To me it looks like the older version had more information displayed than the newer version. I noticed while reading some of the topics. That people mentioned reloading a previous version of software. Where do you get this older version. I had the same problem with the firmware.

I posted a topic about 30 second gaps in recorded data. It seems that the problem was due to low signal strength. I added a second router which had stronger signals. I suspectd tht the problem was due to the low signal strength the router had to reconnect to the camera. This reconnect process took about 30 seconds. Not sure why the NVR never generated an error message or log entry.
But the 4 cameras are recording 24/7 with no gaps in the recorded data.

after more testing I realized that I had updated the firmware from 3000_211 to 300_226. So I found the 300_211 firmware and down graded. This did not correct the problem.

After a little testing. I switched cameras. The problem stayed with the location. The camera that was skipping 30 second now is working. The camera that was not skipping now skips. I moved the skipping camera to another channel and it still skips.

Why can't I get continous recording to work on one camera. The other three work fine. In fact this camera was working fine before I installed two more cameras. During playback there appears to be a 30 seconds of none after a gray patch or a blue patch.

Is there a newer version of the manual than Sept 2021?

What causes the live images to be out of sync? the time displayed in the images are a few second apart. This seems to happen when I use playback and then go to live view.
