RLC-420 Issues with SADPtool

I bought six RLC-420 and I have a NVR which supports ONVIF cameras. I have about 128 cameras (static IP) different MFG companies such as Laview, ACTi, and more running throughout the business for extra security. However, RLC-420 is not showing up as ONVIF camera on SADPtool. Does this work or not? Thanks.
