reolink RLC-822A

Hello all,
i try to install a reolink RLC-822A but i doen't work in my Network.
My Configuration:
Synology NAS
Laptop Lenovo
RLC-822A
POE Switch Edimax or Unify

First Problem when i plugged in the LAN Cable from the Camera into the Switch nothing happens. No LED is blinking.

Could anyone help? Idea?
