I just received my RLC-410 (not sure if S or not). Current camera firmware out of the box is v2.0.0.96_18051100. I read that a firmware upgrade is needed to support MP4. My firmware is higher than what firmware (both RLC-410_1288_18020701 and RLC-410S_1288_18020702) is available on the site but I can still only use H.264. I did download and try installing the firmware only to receive a message that it, "Failed to recognize the file format".
