Mike, I can't even find where in 8.8.4 (for mac) to adjust the resolution to "clear" from fluent. I get clear on the NVR, but not on the app on my mac. Can you point me to where this adjustment can be made? I just bought my system with 822A's, and based on these forum comments, I think they whole system is probably going to have to go back to the seller, as basic functionality needs to work properly without alot of frustration.
