since installing my Trackmix on the corner of my house. To track a person walking along the path to the front door. The tracking stops when views vertically down, and does not follow the person around a 90-degree turn that leads to my front door. I know the camera can get to view the front door, as I have it as a preset.
How can I adjust the parameters so that it will track around the turn?

2 cameras. 1 sends emails, the other does not. E-mail settings are exactly the same.
What can be causing this?
