@teijo-kantanen_290871736668298 Hello, I updated my NVR model RLN8-10-E to the newest version it supports, the one on the thread, v2.0.0.274 using a windows computer unzip the file and copy only the file with extention .PAK, and put in on a resently formatted thumb drive, USB flash drive, and update that way. Once it is updated, it will use HTML5 for the videos and that will make your cameras copatibles. I have the Doble lens camera as well as 4K cameras connected to my old NVR and the issue is that the old firmware does not support HTML5 streaming, and the newer cameras do. My 4k cameras record in 8M while my regular cameras record at 5M. The dual lens camera records only at 4M. Keep in mind that the dual camera will take the space available of one of the ports. Meaning if you have a 8 port NVR, then with this camera you will only have 6 available after install. it does not use a single IP for that connection, but treats each lens as a separate camera using a single wire
