I am totally a novice and all instructions are written for someone knowing what they are doing. I have my camera up and running and I have the software on my laptop and phone. I can replay recordings on my phone but can't figure out how to play on my laptop. Can someone help me please. it is so frustrating I am ready to return the camera. Thanks in advance for your help.
