Hi just installed the above all working fine but i do not have my pc on most of the time i monitor via my phone can i set the recording path to record/pictures on my phone, also the email alert still pictures are fine but the video will not play (MP4) format.thankslee
Hi,both iOS and Android don't support changing the recording path on your phone.About the email video, please kindly check the firmware of your camera in the Remote Config->System Settings. The latest version is 160708, or you can try to upgrade it. If it still doesn't work, please kindly send email with your UID and the password of admin to support@reolink.com for more help.
