One antenna mounting screw was stripped and the adjustment allen screws are very poorly (and shallow) located behind the antenna mounts.

Where is the order ID located? I bought the RLK4-210WB2 from Amazon. Keep in mind that I can't provide personal credentials in a public forum. The camera works, it's just that one antenna won't screw on all the way.
After setting this system up at my desk, and everything was fine with the exception of the flaky antenna, I mounted the cameras outside in their permanent places.....camera with the flaky antenna does not transmit very well at all. Drops the signal.....even though it is about 6 feet from a wifi extender. Will return to Amazon because waiting 24 hours for help everytime I have a problem or question is unacceptable.
