Get Back Pre Recorded Video's

Hi Guys, new to the forum.

I just purchased a new reolink rlc-410ws. I have it setup and my sons bike was stolen last night. I checked the camera and for some reason I only have recordings for the day of the 4th not the night of the 3rd. In the software it says "search complete" and there is no recordings. I had previous recordings there as I looked the other day.

If the camera started to re record over top of previous videos why would it do it to the most current video?

Anyway I'm just asking to see if there was a way to get the files back or if they should be there how would i retrieve them. I really need to look and see if the camera captured the people stealing my son's bike.

Hi, sorry for that. Please kindly confirm if your SD card gets full? If it is so, then it will overwriting automatically. It means that the camera would erase the previous files so that to record new files.
