Am I getting the right stuff

Hello All,

I am looking to get a 16 IP cam setup. I have in my cart RLN16-410 NVR and 15 RLC-410 and 1 RLC-420. Will these play nice with the NVR? Also my area is quite large, what is the maximum length of RJ45 cables can I run without issues?

Hello, these cameras will work with the NVR. And the maximum length of the RJ45 cable is 300 feet(around 100 meters).

I will say these cameras work great and I have not had any issues with distance over a big areas. If you need, you can purchase a POE switch and extend the length more then the 330feet using your existing lan. The cameras need to be no more then 330feet from the POE source, whether that is the NVR or a different POE switch.
