RLC-842A no email no ftp

Hello there
I just bought an RLC-842A camera.
But I'm already not happy.
Nor the email or the FTP functionnalities are working.
I'm in IT so I'm not a newbie.
I tried several FTP servers and NONE OF THEM are working.

The camera firmware is up to date.

Is there a bug ? What can I do ?
I've got few days before I can send back this camera, and I'll do it if I can't get help here.

Edit : I tried to hard reset the camera but same problem ....

I tried again on fresh Filezilla server, and still not working.
I'm sending this back and will by another brand.
