Presets via app

Hi all.

Is there any way to call preset positions of a rlc423 via the app? And why are in third party apps the rlc423 set equal to the rlc410?

Sorry that reolink app can not call preset, but only zoom and direction control.
For 3rd party app., it can not support PTZ function as it has not integrated the PTZ net protocol. Thanks.

Will your Mobile App ever support the Presets?

Sorry for that it is not available to support preset on mobile app.
You may set it on Reolink client software.
