Reolink ptz solar problem

I have started to use a solar ptz on the same network as an argus Pro 2 that has been trouble free for 2 years including timlapse and recording etc.
The problem is the ptz works but usually takes a couple of refreshes to load when it works it's pretty responsive when I try to get into any settings eg to format sd card or try to get into time-lapse it just won't work.
They are both on same network and the ptz is close to the WiFi access point so it doesn't make sense and is very frustrating.
The software is up to date.

@andypye68_321639231983745 Hi there, can you reconfirm what's your camera model? You can confrim the info on the top banner in the camera setting. Is your camera is Argus PT?
