Getting email saying "Your Cloud Subscription Plan Has Expired" even though I paid $34.99 for the 1-year Basic Plan on 8/31/2022.
I have an invoice ID, [censored] confirmation, and where it shows up on my credit card. So do I have an active cloud account or not?!!
