Spotty detection on REoLink Duo andArgus Ego

I have a solar power Duo camera and Argus ego. They seem to have pretty spotty detection for moment or anything particulary in the dark or early morning hours. I can sometimes get a vehicle coming in but will miss it going out. Then the next time they may catch it going out but not in. I've played with the sinistivey settings but dont seem to work. The argus ego says its not connected on the desktop app but the cell phone app it is online. Is there something up with both these firm wears??

@hammy_634178119438349 Your cams use PIR for motion detection and I think the max range is around 15m (if sensitivity is set over 85). So ensure that the object is within the PIR range. Moreover PIR is more sensitive to side-to-side movement than movement heading straight toward the camera.
