I own eight Swann NHD-815 cameras. Since Swann's desktop software is really bad, I've since switched to Reolink products (I bought four RLC-410 on Amazon). Unfortunately, I followed the advice on http://support.swann.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2317830-nhd-815-camera-firmware-release and upgraded all of my Swann NHD-815 cameras. The upgrade disabled RTSP support which I need for my setup. Is there any chance you could send a .pak file for a firmware downgrade? The broken firmware is IPC_388M.541_15120201.ov4689.3MP.SW_AUS.pak. I tried upgrading to 806_16060600 but camera won't accept it, probably because the hardware revision is incompatible.Feel free to delete this post if I shouldn't mention a competitor. But you guys are my last hope.
We are sorry to know that. But Reolink IP Camera are not the same as Swann's. We could not support firmware upgrade for Swann NHD-815 camera. Maybe you can contact Swann support for tech support.
