RLN16-410 HDD needs formatted

I have had this happen 4 times over the past couple years, the nvr just randomly stops recording and I go to try to watch playback and it says the HDD. Needs formatting. I try to format and it fails. I have to pull out the HDD and format from my PC and reinstall and it works again. Have upgraded firmware in March of 22 and the unit has been fine until Thursday it randomly lost a HDD and quit recording all together. I have 2 WD purple surveillance 4tb and. 2tb drive .. anyone else know how to solve this problem?

@user_648828663791720_648828663791720 Never heard about such an issue and never worked on any of these NVR....only on servers such as HP G10. Have you been in contact with Reolink support? Email them, they will surely help you.
