Hi all. Just got a new Reolink 410WS to upload images/video to WeatherUnderground and am having a problem(s). WUnderground says that the images should be in a BINARY format. I have looked through the client software but cannot find anyplace to make sure that the FTP uploads are in the Binary format. Can someone help me out with this? Many thanks ...Bob
I am not the only one here who tried and succeeded, am I?I think the binary / non-binary is not a issue you need to bother. What you do need to have your attention is the file size. As the UW has restriction of pics uploaded can not exceed the limit of 150KB. But most pictures took and uploaded by the camera can be exceeding the limit. So I think only if UW modify that limit, else you will still get failed...
Thanks for the reply, Crackybiscuits ... I appreciate it. Will check it out.
OK, got everything working and FTP'ing into WU with no problems now. Many thanks.
