When I first got this camera, it had a strange TINT issue. Everything is in purple. Mainly anything GREEN is in PURPLE color.I believe it updated the firmware at the time, and it corrected it. Now, I just updated to the latest firmware. And I am back to the PURPLE TINT color on anything GREEN. So grass is basically a purple color. White is tinted purple but mostly white. Look like the culprit is the wrong firmware. Mixing up 410 with the 411WS. Use the wrong one, and you get a bad TINT color on the image.I would think it wouldn't allow you to use the wrong firmware, but guess that isn't the case. Thankfully you can over write it with the correct one. Back to normal.Thanks
