    E1Pro setup : two questions

      Just getting started here. Q1: When the camera is reset to factory settings, I try to change the password of the only user (admin, also marked "default administrator" and "current"). According to the forum, the "old password" is supposed to be blank (which I interpret as having zero password characters), but when I enter my new admin password (twice) I always see "Failed." What to do? Also, is there a relationship between this default admin password and the device password set earlier in setup? Q2: The reason I bought the E1Pro was because of its ability to email status information. I've setup a timed email schedule for every three hours. But in the email setup box there is an entry for "interval" which goes up to 30 minutes and can't be unselected. As a result, each time I receive a timed email, I get a SECOND timed email 30 minutes later (eg. 1200, 1230, 0300, 0330, etc.). It's not a big deal, but I'd like to suppress those +30 minute emails and just receive the ones every 3 hours - but the UI doesn't seem to be able to do that.
