no connection installation nvr

I have a nvr rln4 211w s

I bought it second hand. I have reset the nvr. I connect a mouse, a USB, internet cable, 1000 gb HDD.

I put it on the power and i see a screen with language and a qr code and a uid. Non of this work to connect the nvr. I do not see the nvr in de list of lan device.

I also tried the IP adress. No connection.

 I tried it on the app but also on my laptop.



When i go thought the wizard of the nvr I still see the old username en password of the last owner. Also the names of his camera's

This is not gone after a reset.
