      I have a RLC-410 connected to POE NVR (RLN16-410)

I feel the camera warm, IR Lights turn on at night and even the Ethernet port if blinking exactly as a working camera, however I cant see it on my DVR. I tried another camera and still... I also tried another port and still no go.

Please advise what can be done.

      Thank you

Did you make sure to map a channel on the NVR for the camera and also ensure the NVR has the correct user/password details to login? These would be required or the camera will not show up on the NVR screen. You can see if there is an error logging into the NVR and going to the channel section. Here you should see one or more cameras and scroll right for user/password details or errors.

It doesn't even show up on the IP Screen... When I plug in other cameras they show up normally...

I would suspect that to either be a hardware issue with the camera or a cable issue. You would need to isolate it to the camera by adding a different device to the same port and cable as the new camera you were trying. Is that works, but the camera is still not showing, I would email support and see what next steps would be.

I have had more than one of those in my wiring of the cameras. Glad to hear it was a rather quick fix and a little trouble shooting.
