      I stupidly updated the Reolink Software on my PC today and now I have no picture in both streaming and playback. I have sound, but no picture. Last time I updated it I had to make a TRUE to FALSE change in some code through Notepad which I did and that is still the same so who knows what the problem is now....anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

          @grantwey_679968628187658 I have experienced exactly the same issue, updated to 8.11 from 8.5.5 (which works) and no video, even though all cameras are connected. very difficult to raise a ticket with Reolink and the support pages are useless. very disappointed. Rolling back to 8.5.5 They shouldn't release software that is faulty.

            @grantwey_679968628187658 You need to add additional DirectX libraries. This client uses DirectX dll which are not included in version 12. Either you add it yourself or email Reolink support to send you the tool to do it.

                  @roger_284281242964147 First check or uncheck hardware acceleration first and if this does not help then install DirectX9.

                  Exactly the same issue immediately after updating to 8.11.0 get audio but no live/playback video - anyone know how to backdate to previous version?

                    Same thing happened to me when it auto upgate was turned on , go to reolink home page ,go to software, downloads and download 8.8.5 version and reinstall, turn off auto updates it now works as it did before, I'm running windows 10 to which it seems no longer compatable with this 8.11.0
