Suggestion: remove timestamp from notification emails

Just a suggestion for the Reolink Duo 2; allow removing the timestamp from email notifications. At the moment each detection notification email has a different subject because of the timestamps, and that causes gmail to not group the emails in threads, cluttering up everyone's inbox. The other Reolink cameras that I own do not do that, and the emails group nicely because their subjects are the same.
