Reolink app (iOS/ PC) forgets visitors

Last few weeks when I open the app to see who rang my doorbell I notice many visits/visitors are not marked as such. Some day when I filter on visitors I see none at all when I am sure that doorbell rang AND I got a notification. I can sometimes find a people video, and actually hear them press the doorbell. Just on playback this is stored as motion/people, not as visitor.

Rebooted doorbell a few times. It's the WiFI version on latest firmware (v3....23041300), iOS and PC apps up to date
Already opened support ticket, shared video and pictures but not solved yet. Feels like a bug somehow but found no others with the issue.
