I have a new IP POE360 PTZ but it doesnt seem to work with my RLN16-410 Build 22102119 Hardware Ver N6MB01. I dont know how to update the firmare if thats what Im suppose to do the videos assume a lot. I dont know what version im suppose to upgrade to and i dont know how to see what camera I have other than the receipt, unfortunately its already been installed 20 feet off the ground. Can anyone make this simple for an old man because Im so confused
