HiI have a Duo Floodlight that stopped recording 7 days ago, Live view, detection and alarm works fine.I have tried it with an NVR RLN16-410 and with a POE Switch and it just does not record. I have the latest Duo Build No. 230031702, firmware 3.0.0.1889_23031702 and NVR build 2206246 firmware v3.0.0.186_22062406.I also have a POE Doorbell which works and records well.Resetting the Duo would be my last troubleshooting, the Duo is above my garage, and I do not have a ladder that tall, I will need to hire someone to reset the duo. Any Ideas how to fix this issue?Thank youMario
