      Hi,
      I would like to talk about the support Reolink.
      Since first problem, Reolink don't resolve any issue that came from me :

      • Notification still in English in the phone APP, this is a problem regarding push notification. This is not good for end-user like my wife.
      • Problems with detection when rains and car is in the camera, it create a fake new detection and Reolink just tell me to paint the area for won't detect. This is a huge security for an entreprise to write this
      • Camera not respect the size of detection when it set in the motion setting. For example it detect a horse like a human that is small than the detection that I've set when using patrol. Reolink reply to stop patrol before patrol to the left of my house


      The only thing that Reolink reply to this is to sent a reduction to buy a new camera. Please STOP and ear end-user please! This is not a good pratice.

        Ah to continue. Firmware of RLC823A not found when try to download last firmware. Support told me that it will update the page when the new firmware ll'be out...
