POE Video Doorbell disconnected in iOS app

Hi there,

I'm experiencing issues with the video doorbell.

1. There are frequent network disconnections with the doorbell in the iOS app. I have to remove it from the app and then re-add it for it to be functional. The doorbell has been power cycled a number of times.
2. I can't enable push notifications
3. When I try to set up email alerts, it comes up with an error - Device network error 483

I have 4 POE cameras that are functioning correctly and alerting fine. All the firmware and software versions are up to date. All the devices have static IPs.

The POE network switches are working OK with no issues.

Are there any suggestions to resolve this?
