    RLC-411WS FAILS LOSES CONNECTION

      I have a RLC-411WS camera that I bought afew months ago. It works great for about 2 weeks and then will stop connecting. Then I have to take down the camera and plug it into my router via cable. It then reconnects and will work wirelessly for about 2 weeks and then it does it again. This has happened 6 times now. My router is a very good model and the camera is about 45 feet away from the router, placed outside of my house. So I really dont think my router and router range is the issue. I have a door bell camera almost the same distance away and it never fails to connect. I have no idea why this continues to do this. But I am getting to the point of asking for a return or replacement (maybe I got a lemon). REOLINK support has been NO HELP AT ALL. They send me one email telling me to reboot the camera and that does nothing to help.
      ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS WHY THIS IS HAPPENING ? Or is this thing a cheap POS ??
