Dear leslaundryanddc,If this info is of any interest to you, the dimensions of the fan we use:40*40*40(mm), DC12V, Power:0.43W.
We really appreciate your valuable feedback. The suggestions will be forwarded to our related team to assess and consider. Again, Reolink teams take your feedback very seriously.
Hi,We have scheduled to implement this change very soon.
Hi, in this case, you need to use a long Ethernet cable to connect the camera to the router which may be placed in another room.No wifi entender can be applied in such a case if don't want it to go wireless.. You may contact us for charged replacement for a WiFi camera. Another workaround is powerline adapters, which can cost you more. But it would probably be a right choice for your home in the long run. Please give it a thought.Thank you for your support for Reolink.
Your request has been collected. Engineering is reviewing the feasibility of implementing this idea. We’ll schedule to implement the request if it’s accepted. Otherwise it goes to the suggestion pool and may be reactivated if others make similar requests again. Thank you sincerely for sharing your thoughts. We will take your request seriously and work hard to make our products better~
Dear communities,Now please update your Mac OS X clients to V3.4.0.46 so that your Reolink Keen, Argus1, Argus2 cameras can be compatible.Cheers.
You're having this problem because of the different working mode of Argus 2.See, the other cameras (RLC-41Xs) works with your method (VPN) as they connect based on IP address. While for Argus 2, or other battery-powered models, they don't use IP address login method. They use UID. That's why it's trying to access the Amazon AWS Server trying to establish P2P connection between your phone and your camera.
Kindly try our new version V7.2.2.20:https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/client/Reolink-Client-Windows.zip
A POE splitter may work as it has the proper ratings with the mic. The PoE splitter takes input from a PoE switch/injector, not from a camera.
What about this model (https://reolink.com/product/rlc-410w/)?
@BradleyKindly drop us an Email asking Reolink Support for older firmwares. They will send the one to you asap.
Guys,Hate to let you down but the truth is this feature request didn't get approved. Partly because this is not a easy job to do.Can't say anything more except sorry. But we have many other new features realized. Cheers on that.
@ripdoCommonly, an external mic like this ought to be powered by its own power adapter.
Reolink Argus 2 or Argus Pro is not designed for 24/7 full capacity running or around-the-clock live streaming. It’sdesigned to record motion events and remotely view live streaming only when you need it.If you have the goal to have the Live View running continuously, it's advised to go for other non-battery models.
Yes, it is. As the recording file is too large in size if it is not split into sections. Large file means it takes long to upload. And it will time out if the upload process takes too long (now it is set to 60 sec).
Sorry, no update on this feature.
