Unable to get NVR's 172... IP from NVR's DHCP to go through wifi extender for IP camera. I have a RLN-36 NVR which I am connecting to two POE cameras via a POE switch connected to one of the four camera ports on the NVR. I am trying to get three wifi cameras to connect as well through a wired wifi extender. These cameras however don't seem to be able to get a 172... address or anything else from the dhcp in the NVR. Could someone please provide me with or point me to documentation which explains the DHCP services of the NVR and what ports it's on and why I can't get it to go through the wifi extender?

@ed_758691584823482 Normally the WIFI extender is connected to the BB router which has DHCP enabled. Disable DHCP on extender. Then connect nvr to poe switch and poe switch to bb router. Be careful on the ranges assigned to dhcp.

@joseph_1979 Is there a DHCP service running in the NVR? I've noticed that it has two gateways and I'm a bit confused about that. The main network port on my NVR is connected to a cellular modem which gets me on the internet. The modem also provides my wifi. Cameras on this wifi seem to come and go and so I suspect they need to be connected via another port on the NVR instead. To fix this I'm disabling my wifi on my modem and connecting a wifi extender via cable to one of the four ports on the back of the NVR. Is there a DHCP in the NVR passing 172... IP's out to the four ports, five ports or is the NVR only a DHCP client itself. If so, where are the 172 addresses coming from?
